After getting a Notice of Allowance (NOA) for an Intent-to-Use (ITU) trademark, you must file a Statement of Use (SOU) proving your mark is in commerce within 6 months. If not ready, you can request up to 5 extensions (6 months each), giving a total of 36 months (6 + 5×6). Missing any deadline abandons your application.
